What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with KPIs and company objectives.
- Manage supplier orders based on MRP requirements to support production schedules.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, BOI, and customs laws.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement supply chain optimization projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning, production planning, and MRP processes.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain software (SAP MM, FTF, OTC, JDA).
- Expertise in logistics strategy, operations, BOI and international trade regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication in Thai and English; detail-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain focus under pressure.
