Lab Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Fiber & Chemical laboratories, ensuring efficient testing and accurate data reporting.
- Oversee daily lab operations, equipment calibration, and inventory management.
- Train and mentor lab staff on equipment use, lab safety, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and participate in internal audits.
- Support quality management, production, and customer complaint investigations.
- Design experiments and analyze results using statistical principles.
- Maintain health and safety standards, including proper chemical storage.
- Prepare monthly lab reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science.
- 8+ years of experience in quality and lab management, including 5+ years in chemical labs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (English level C1/C2).
- Experience with ISO 9001 systems and auditing.
- Skilled in experimental design, statistical analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and lab data systems.
- Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
