Operation Support & Data Integration Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Lead operational support and data integration efforts for the Asia Hub.
- Drive site optimization, improvement projects, and team coordination.
- Manage third-party partnerships and ensure effective collaboration across Lenzing teams.
- Oversee process data digitalization and ensure efficient resource planning.
- Build trust through transparent communication and technical expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in chemical engineering (Master’s preferred) with 6+ years of CAPEX and 3+ years of OPEX experience.
- Strong knowledge of fiber processes (Lyocell/Viscose), filtration systems, and process design.
- Skilled in data systems (Aspen, OSIsoft), DCS/PLC, and engineering documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (ALTE C1/C2) and willing to travel across Lenzing sites in Asia.
- Experience with Lenzing operations is a plus.
