What You’ll Do:
- Execute engineering projects across Lenzing fiber and pulp sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Use engineering tools to prepare and revise technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Travel to domestic and international Lenzing sites as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong engineering fundamentals and drawing interpretation skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in English (ALTE B1+); Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and learn engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
- Professional Engineer License is a plus.
