Mechanical Maintenance Planner

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive maintenance plans.
- Act as the main point of contact for CMMS (SAP) operations, managing everything from equipment lists to work orders.
- Support plant production by ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment through effective maintenance planning.
- Oversee maintenance spare parts management, including forecasting and reordering.
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate regular maintenance and annual shutdown activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of planner experience in industries such as Chemical, Pulp & Paper, or Petrochemical.
- Proficiency in CMMS, especially SAP PM/MM.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause and failure analysis.
- Excellent Thai and good English communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
